About our Islay Tablet

We produce handmade butter, chocolate and malt whisky tablets using high quality, and where possible, locally sourced ingredients. They contain no artificial colour, flavour or preservative and as such are a “fresh” food which we make to order and which are best consumed within 8 weeks, 4 weeks for the chocolate, – not something our customers have a problem with!

Our tablet is made in the traditional manner in small, 3kg batches and poured, cut and packed by hand. We are happy to flavour our tablet to your requirements. If you can’t find what you want in our product selection get in touch and we will do our best to meet your request!
