ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
An Gleann Cottage Produce also accepts orders made through the website’s order system. Although An Gleann Cottage Produce will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed on the website are available, An Gleann Cottage Produce cannot guarantee availability. When the order is received and the ordered goods are available, you will be sent a confirmation email. Since all products are hand-made and sometimes made to order please allow some time before shipping in case a product is not available.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
All products are shipped worldwide via British postal services (Royal Mail). An Gleann Cottage Produce will process every order within three business days upon receipt of your payment. Shipping times depend on the country of destination. An Gleann Cottage Produce cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
PRICING
Prices are in British Pound Sterling and vat (17.5%) inclusive. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
DISCLAIMER
An Gleann Cottage Produce disclaims any liability for any losses or damages, as far as this is allowed by the laws of Great Britain. If other than British laws are applicable, An Gleann Cottage Produce’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction.

RETURNS
All sales are final. Items will have been quality checked prior to shipping. An Gleann Cottage Produce will exchange or refund ordered goods only if damaged through transportation. An Gleann Cottage Produce does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during return transit. An Gleann Cottage Produce strongly recommends the usage of a traceable system for the return of any items. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
EXCHANGE
You have 100% conversion rights within 7 days. The conversion duration can take up to 20 days after receiving your returned goods. We only accept goods returned in the original packaging. Use a parcel to make sure the original packaging and goods are not damaged. Check that the return postage is sufficient. If the return postage is not enough we will be subtract the cost from the amount that should be refunded.
RIGHTS TO ALTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An Gleann Cottage Produce reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
JURISDICTION
This agreement will be governed, and constructed according to the laws of Great Britain (including its conflict of laws rules).
To ensure the best rates possible, we charge for the actual weight of the shipment. Shipping prices are shown in the invoice and shopping basket on checkout.
All parcels are shipped by First Class Royal Mail.
The approximate delivery time will be supplied by email when the parcel is delivered at the post office.
